How to shrink wrestler texture size?

I've been trying to make mods but my problem is it's 300+ KB when I'm finished editing the textures. And it crashes when I play my ISO. So how can I do it?

when I choose a wrestler like my created female to face kharma with both diva and women's belt's at the selection screen I press cross,then square after it say's advanced next to it but the "defend title" option doe's not show up help?
