Can somebody help me to replace his attire and solve my problem pls?

This is my first attempt in texturing.



It doesn't go well. so i need a help. How can i manage to put the texture align perfectly to the texture i am replacing(eyes, nose,lips,etc). I am using gimp btw and i am not that good in using this app. For the psp users how can you manage to align the hands and boots? because the texture is so blurry you can't barely identy it.


Are there no texture to be replace in Randy's back head?


And what is this white thing in his head? I manage to put a texture in it but still that thing appeared.


Lastly, I imported Masked Kane from 06 to 11. So i played the game and picked him and chose an opponent and when i clicked play the game freeze in the loading screen and my psp shutdown. What is my mistake in this cased?
