So I've unlocked the majority of the wrestlers and alternates using hex.. however i'm finding a problem since using nikes editor. I've turned some people on and they appear in hex to be available.. however they are not when i start the game...

Ie vince, zeke, trish.. etc.. so what do i need to do to unlock them turn them off then enable them via hex?
