This is one of the most 'cartoonish' textures I have seen:

It will not look good combined with default textures for arms, neck, hands.
If you want to use this as a new style, I suggest you paint similarly all textures.

@80las: I guess he did a better job than 2k. lol! No, seriously that looks more crappy than the 2k textures. (It would be better, hell lot better if you used a 2k texture. If you needed it to be great, you could've also used the realistic face textures from real-life textures)
