[Closed] [PS2/PSP/XBOX360] SMACKDOWN vs RAW 2010 ROSTER EDITOR - wrestlemaniaarcade - 08-27-2012 This looks like an absolutely awesome mod! Great work. I've downloaded all the files from the first page (including the Themes and Titantrons) and I currently have an ISO of the PAL version of the game, which is recommended. I must admit I'm an extreme n00b right now and need some direction on how to get this working? I'm assuming I need to unpack it and copy the mod files over and then repack it to play in the emulator. I'm just a little lost on the process there. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get me started? Great work.the right direction is to read the rules of the forum, as you might have already did, so download this nike editor and read the readme.txt file inside of your download. you will find the most important things there. If you want something that isn't there, check the tutorials in the tutorials section(we have an index with all the tutorials in it), if you stil can't do what you want, post a new topic in the help section. [Closed] [PS2/PSP/XBOX360] SMACKDOWN vs RAW 2010 ROSTER EDITOR - wrestlemaniaarcade - 08-28-2012 Actually, sorry about that. I meant to post that in the Legends V1 thread about how to add the updated files to the ISO and for some reason it got posted here. You can delete it you like. I did try to use svredit_ps2 file to import my first model, but it seems I do not have the files set up in the directory properly because I get this message upon load and then it does not work properly: <blockquote class='code_blockquote'><dl><dt>Code: HTML]{ [url]Could not load 'C:/svredit/svredit_lib/app/models/../../../svredit_files/2010/PS2/MISC.PAC'. [Closed] [PS2/PSP/XBOX360] SMACKDOWN vs RAW 2010 ROSTER EDITOR - Chakan - 09-08-2012 I've got a problem here, Nike. Two actually. One is that sometimes when I try to import a model into a "No Model" slot, the model just doesn't add. I think that it was just me accidentally missing the button, but it just doesn't add. When I try adding the model again, it works, but then when I go through the normal motions of rebuilding the .ISO, the game, it flat out doesn't work. It won't load up, freezing on the spinning WWE logo, so I know something happened within the editor. Sometimes this problem really ruins everything. I would have about ten "No Model" slots filled in, but just now I came to one of these error slots and this means I have to start all over again. There is a lot of them too. I know it's just nitpicking, but I would appreciate further testing on the "No Model" slots to see which ones really work and which don't. My second problem is that some "No Model" slots don't have an AI. This is a huge problem for me because it's not like I'm playing with other people on an emulator, when I play, I play against the CPU. But if the CPU just stands there like an idiot, leaving me to knock him down once and go for a pin fall in five seconds, the whole game wouldn't be worth playing even with all the mods in the world in it. I would also like further testing on the slots which do not have an AI so I know not to use those particular slots. Or maybe there is a way to provide these slots with an AI? Sorry to complain, Nike. I love your editor, but for this tool to be out for over a year and still be riddled with these bugs, it is of little use for people who are actually serious about modding their games. I would be happy with a list of good, working slots which I don't have to cross my fingers and hope they actually work when I try importing. Again, I am sorry. No offense intended. [Closed] [PS2/PSP/XBOX360] SMACKDOWN vs RAW 2010 ROSTER EDITOR - Arjun The Man - 09-08-2012 for ai problem convert pacs for 2011 game search for it and for rebuilding ISO why don't you use expert tools [Closed] [PS2/PSP/XBOX360] SMACKDOWN vs RAW 2010 ROSTER EDITOR - nikethebike - 09-12-2012 Chakan, pay me and I will fix the bugs for you. I would love to have this editor as my full time job but that's not the case. I have work and a life to deal with that actually feeds me and my family. My time is not unlimited you know. I created the bug submission thread so that people could post the bugs they find and I will solve them when and if I get time to do it. If you had done your own homework you would know that AI have nothing to do with slots, but rather models that aren't converted. "this means I have to start all over again" Ever thought of doing frequent file backups of the contents in svredit_files instead??? Also, giving me info like "sometime when I do something, it does not do what it should" is completely worthless to me. I need to know a lot of stuff specified in the bug submission thread so that I have a slight chance to reproduce your problem. You need to specify exactly what you did and under what circumstance. Feel free to post in the bug submission thread. [Closed] [PS2/PSP/XBOX360] SMACKDOWN vs RAW 2010 ROSTER EDITOR - Chakan - 09-13-2012 Hey man, relax. I didn't mean to piss on your work. I just wanted to let you know there are quite a few bugs that prevent this program from perfect. The thing about that is, it's 98% there. Another two percent and it will be perfect. If I wasn't unemployed and living in public housing I'd pay you man, real talk. I wouldn't just pay you to fix it for me, I'd ask you to fix it for everyone. Perhaps I should have been a bit more clear with the bugs I encountered. Just to let you know, I do frequently back up my data, but it's a real pain. And to add in over fifty wrestlers and do them one by one is tedious and boring. I like adding three to four at a time, even though it's not exactly what you'd recommend. I just don't want to take ten hours doing the same thing, plus more time doing individual movesets and entrances. This is like a weeks worth of work. Anyway, my "worthless" bug is when when I go to import a model, doesn't matter which game the model is from, it acts as if it is actually importing the model, but a few seconds later the attire doesn't show up. I try importing again and it succeeds. I rebuild the .ISO image and boot but it doesn't work. It's only certain slots that this bug happens on, as if I try to import the same model into another slot, this bug doesn't happen. Maybe it's because the model is too big or too small to be put in the slot I want to put it into. I don't know. This is your program, not mine. All I'm asking is for clarification on the issue, not a fix. |
