Off course, he can be lucky if I find differences between his and my tron if I compare them later. It's allways dangerous to release a tron somebody else allready did and he can be lucky I didn't accuse him for stealing right now.

To answer your question:
- look up your filesize
- look up original filesize
- now it's time for maths: 100 / your filesize * original filesize = XX,YYYYYYYYYYYYY %, understood? the number XX is important.
- go into radvideo tools and bink your tron file, click on the option under the 650000 ratio, it's something with %
- insert the XX number there, means for example "30% of original filesize"

And for the future I advise to release trons nobody else released allready
