1)Open chetc.pac as X-Box/PS3 PAC,extract DAT
2)open it as X-Box/PS3 PACH,extract the BPE's(to check a superstar BPE get his pac number and convert to hex,for example Miz pac is 218,converting to hex 218 is DA,so Miz BPE is 00DA.bpe)
3)unpack with QuickBMS which you can find in your xpacker folder under directory-C:\svredit\svredit_lib\lib\svr_hacker\quickbms
How to-1)first open cmd and change directory
2)then enter command in this form
QUICKBMS <yukes.bms_directory> <directory of file you want to extract> <Directory of folder in which you want to extract>
3)edit with HxD
how to-1)will update soon!
4)replace the original BPE with the edited one in the PACH.
5)update arc file.

Like SvR... okay, now extract the bpe files from DAT.pac using expert tools. After, unpack all of them and rename the unpacked files using advance renamer.

@sultan sorry but if you read the first post carefully, you will get to know thats not my problem. In svr, files are in .pac extension but in this files are in .dat extension and niether x-packer not xpert_tools is helping.
Update: Have extracted 122 files from dat.dat.
But they are also in .dat format

You shouldn't use XPert on Wii games.
