SvR People, I need your help! - Deleted User - 10-15-2011
I've been working with a couple other people creating the new OSR Youtube page, which we are hoping will be full of good stuff to help display what we have been doing here, and hopefully round up more traffic for the site.
We want to have a regularly updated page featuring new mods, move hacks, and the misc. stuff that happens here.
However, in order to give you guys air-time, I need someone familiar with SvR filming.
We have a camera-man for SD2 and No mercy, but we are in desperate need for someone on the SvR end.
If anyone is interested, please post here or send me a PM.
If interested, keep in mind that some rules and guidelines will have to be followed.

Bumping this, since others decided to let it get buried.
This is important to the SvR section.

Well, I can't record videos on PS2 emulator because it runs very slow on my PC, I only use it to take still shots.
For PS2, Christian Cage (Stinger) can do this since he's gonna be filming the WWE'12 patch tournament but it might be a bother to him to have him import most of the mods into his game and we all know he has his family issues and probably won't have enough time.
If he really can't do it, I guess I will have to make videos out of slideshows.
We also need to be aware of the fact that importing a mod into PS2 SvR takes a considerably long time since we need to rebuild the entire DVD ISO. People who don't actually have time for it won't be able to do.
For PSP, Jarniboi and Hardx36 do this on a regular basis but they each have own youtube channel.

If he's filming the tournament, we could possibly just use clips from that, if you guys don't mind. I just want to avoid the new channel being nothing but No Mercy stuff.

Wasn't able to sleep then I figured out how to record SvR videos in watchable speed and quality.
First, I'll record video normally, with the game running at a slow speed and with no sound, Then I'll use VirtualDub to speed up the vid and add a song to it.
This is just a preview, I didn't record the match to the end because it went for very long and haven't added audio.

Will try recording more vids with sound enabled later, we'll see if I can get it to sync correctly.

As long as the video shines, we can be fine.
Don't worry about music, I am going to be mixing clips from mulitple games, and will implementing music to suit the rapid changes.
Honestly? I have a computer that can probably run this fast and smooth as hell, what program are you using to record the video?

I used Fraps and set the game graphic quality to almost lowest. It runs at about 35-40% speed while recording.
The only problem I have now is, I can record about only 25 minutes (slow speed, about 8-9 mins at actual speed) due to low hard disk space.
