2 questions regarding hex editing. - Cue - 11-24-2011

Ok, I've been trying to edit SvR2011 all night long. I finally discovered how to edit wrestler names and heights but some wrestlers that I want to replace have nicknames and I want to disable them and the value for no nickname is 30.

The question is "In which byte should I put 30? and "If I replace all the nickname text strings with 00, what will happen?

Also, I would like to know how to extract and replace files with a hex editor, please.

about the nick names if just change everything to 00 nothing happens just delete the nickname if you put the 30 the nickname will be "0"

and about extracting files you should read andy's turorials he explain it very well , however if you need more help with the hex thing i can help you
