Intro? I don't think it's possible with SvR'11 Consoles. Only on PC I think. But you can change the start-up images.

I have hacked the WWE Logo Intro on PSP SvR 2011. Which is like this :

But if you're talking about intro videos, that's impossible.

pick up the intro movie that you want in .sfd format.
