i really need a good tutorial for it and some experience..
i just can't figure out how to do good face mods, it always look like some kind of monster..
here's my last work on Madison Rayne

so, could someone please explain me how to do it, where to get the ref pics or even better, do all the faces for me?

I had this prob when i first started as well, what i did was load up the original texture in photoshop, then paste the modded one over the original then choose blending and the modded texture will be see thru almost. But you can still see it and the original underneath. It makes it easier to line up the textures perfectly with each other. (the eyes on yours are stretched to far on the side) once they are lined up correctlly , put the blending back on 100% where all that is showing is the modded texture and save it. It should be fine now. I am not to good at writing things out sometime, but i hope this helps a little.

btu when you say "then paste the modded one over the original", you mean my already moded one that i used in noesis in the pic or only the face of who i'm modding?

Open the Original Texture and past your face As (WildForce67)Said And Press (Ctrl+R)
U Will Find A Tow Rulers in The Top of the Windows And The Other in the Left Hold The Click ON And Ruler And Drag A Line on The Original Mouth And Eyes .. etc Like This
