See im using X-Packer
everytime i export the 09.bpe it only extracts the BPE file not the 09.PAC file included with it
same with the TXC Files.

as already said many times too... you should unconpress to a folder without any spaces on the name like:
"D:\Pcsx2-r3059"
"C:\Users\PC-HOME\Desktop"

the thing that is in there is just a 09.bpe you uncompress 09 and then you find only bpe and not 09.pac.. is it right?..
maybe you uncompress not in the same directory ..
try this:
create a folder called WORK or as you want..put on this folder th file you want to uncompress and then click on it ,choose option open with x-packer.
uncompress the file and save it inside WORK folder. you will find 09.bpe and 09.pac inside the folder
X-Packer Problem - OrKAdoS - 08-16-2012
not only the folder that you're exporting must be without spaces, must the back ones too.
i mean, "D:\works\emulator_ps2\Pcsx2-r3059" is a valid folder
"D:\works\emulator ps2\Pcsx2-r3059" isn't a valid folder

X-Packer Problem - PunkDEverliving - 08-16-2012
the path to the folder should have no spaces either.
{ c:/users/name/new folder/svreditor } <- i think this wouldn't work because the "new folder" have space.
