dose anyone know what settings i need to use to make a brand logo for SVR 2010 i think i know how to get them in,iv managed to extract the in game logos but dont know what to do once iv edited it like index colour settings then what i save it as and what settings i need to use to save it any help would be great i would be really thankfull for it cheers

first i have to say thanks for helping me
i understand this part but before i save it i have to go from RGB to Index then select how many colours iam using ect and theres loads of options of different ways like
palette
colours
forced
transparency
matte
dither
amount
its in here the index colour settings i dont know what iam doing because when i save it and try and replace it,it says thats my new logo is larger than the one i want to replace i feel
if i can get these settings it will all come together

what editing program do you use? if it's photoshop then just select to don't change the color and keep the aspect.
but something that might be more helpfull, check the original texture. if it have 16 colors, then the edited one must have 16 colors. if the original have 256 colors, then the edited must have 256 colors in the palette.
Also for transparency you use alpha channel as: 128 = 100%
0 = 0%

i managed to make them to the right size and import them but my problem is how do i get them back into the menu pac

my problem is i cant get the CHSI pac back into the menu pac i tryed experts tool but the new menu pac makes my game crash even if i rename it menu it still crashes i just need to know how to get the CHSI back into the menu pac then i will be able to change brand logos any help would be great thanks
