I think the save file was included in the 4-part download. The save file was NTSC though, so if you have PAL you need to convert it to PAL. (I use PS2 save builder to do that, just rename the header and the file to the PAL game ID)

And I use a program called Mymc to quickly and efficiently edit the PCSX2 memory cards and import / export save files and stuff.

I don't think you need that exact save file for that mod to work, but it had some pretty cool unique sliders for SvR 2011 on PS2. But all the wrestlers in the patch aren't unlocked unless you use that save file or use a save file with all wrestler models unlocked.
