Thx Lord Macbeth. It is a long time project. But I need a belt with a lot of vertices. But I'm still trying. If there are results they will be posted here.
Anyway I textured the stretched belt after reshaping (it is no longer rough textured)

Maybe there are two models, one for entrances and one for in-ring action (because on entrance minitron video shows up). Hope you appreciate how it looks
