Ask step by Step using SVREditor

Ok,i start playing SVR 2010,and want using my mod that i download and i created bymyself,but i got problem,because there is a lot tool and everytime i got error like this,can someone please explain step by step using SVR Editor please

have you putting svredit on the D:\ drive It's Must be on the c drive C:\

So,i must put in the drive C,what else i need to know,how use it,is it same with HardX tool?
