X-Packer problem

I need help. When I downloaded x-packer and, unpacked it by winrar and try to launch it there was an error:

application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).

Can somebody help me? Plz :help:

You mean Extracted it right ? So maybe it's another dll problem !

That's what is the prob bro . You may haven't installed or extracted the files of X-packer correctly ! :ok
