I will post it soon,now I'm making my alberto del rio mod,I will display both of them,but know I have this problem and I can't complete alberto del rio.Anyway I tried both of these tutorials but there aren't changes,maybe i made something wrong when I edited the textures but I don't know what

No way to help you if you ask so many questions, and do not describe the steps you made.

You should upload the default tm2 texture and the edited tm2 texture, so we can check what you did wrong.

Alpha is correct, color-depth is correct, but the palette of your edited texture is obviously wrong.
Maybe when you reduced the colors to 16 you had wrong settings, here are the correct:


Also, be sure that the option Palette > use fixed palette is not ticked:
