so this is the problem,i import a cena mod but i dont know why in noesis it doesn't change anything,i cant look in the pcsx2 cause my pc dont support,so what is the problem i follow every step

what the hell nike's tool have anything about your problem?
noesis display textures that are in the same folder as the .obj of the wrestler..

i just believied that my cena it was not imported correctly that was the issue

if you haven't tried it at pcsx2 or in the console, how could you or even we know if he's with a problem when injected?

but i can do this: if i edit example cody rhodes mod and after editing i inject the 09 pac(mod) over the real cody 09 pac(svr 2k10),i can do?

Yes, you can do that. But then you ise noesis to PREVIEW the mod. It will only let you know what the mod will look like.
To use the mod, you need nike's editor to import it into the game. And then you need an emulator (or modded console) to play it.

If you have a "normal" PS2 it must be modded. Either by hardware or by software.
