i haven't tried that arena in the rumble match, but it should work fine.. if in all the other matches it works fine, why shouldn't it work on RR too?

Because RR arena on 10 at least have no ramp and each character has an entrance in that match. If there is a ramp I have a hunch they will walk "below" the floor.

for what i remind me, i don't think it has a ramp on 2011.
but if you try to use that or any arena that have a ramp over an arena that doesn't have by default, they will have that issues during the entrances, but during the matches they will work fine.
so in the Rumble match, maybe you only have that problem in the first two superstars to enter, because they have their entrance motion and use their entrance models slot. but i think it's only on the first two competitors..

Try to use expert tool to rebuild the bg.pac after you added an arena that doesn't have ramp and maybe the superstars will walk normally .
BTW Saturday N M V arena is a good base for an old school .

I don't think rebuilding the PAC will solve that... The setting must be stored in a file somewhere. Question is where...
