Now back to your question,yes,you need to have 100% speed or it will be really slow,since it's attached to the titantron,and the titantron is slow,the entrance itself is slow.
But if you use this hack on a Wii,it will be ok,however after you win the match you isn't going to hear the theme at least in WWE 12.

What a huge fucking post,also that was already posted many times here man,no need to post this again.
About the themes,I did discover some days ago that the PCK file works like a PAC file,also I discovered that these themes inside the PCK files have a RIFX WAVEfmt header,meaning that the Themes are Ogg files maybe.
