Moves question (categories and damage)

Hello. I looked in the string.pac and noticed such categories as standing, corner, downoaded moves etc.
How to edit information about categories and damage of a move in misc.pac?
For example, 12 Step. This move is used as groggy front grapple and finisher and has only one category: front and deals damage to body only. What are values for damage and categories?

I know that this can be edited because I saw it in the Arjun's video, where he set a taunt to downloaded moves. I think it is similar to editing attires just like 09 is Original Attire and 10 is Evil, but i don't know how to edit moves categories.
Please tell me these values if you know them.

I know only how to put moves in the dlc section and to add the the NEW logo . And the video is made by Chowder908 by the way .

All this can be done on 2010 with svredit. Don't remember what bytes held what but svredit code could be used to find out.
