Why do I always get this when I try to start a new post in Tutorials/Resources section ?

I didn't give you any warnings, I just reduced your post count as you seem to be spamming all over, not just that one post. It just happened to be the post I clicked on to reduce your post count and it was auto-quoted.
Remember, the reduced post count is only temporary. I'll restore it back to normal once you prove to me that you are not spamming to get the student class and actually have something in store for us.
Now answer my question. What do you want to post in the tutorial section?
