trouble with x-packer?

when I open the pac of the item with x-packer as a ps2/psp wrestler pac I get the "invalid pac file selected error" when I try to open the pac of the item with x-packer as a texture archive I get what's in the attached picture this is after reading hardx36 caw items tutorial when trying to open the pac of item and inject the tga texture and the other file....why can I not get what's in the picture in step 6. of the caw item's tutorial to show up in x-packer??

Inject not with .tga, but with .gim
.gim is converted from .png indexed colours

ok but I can't get x-packer to open the right pac to inject a texture and it says in that tutorial to open the pac of the item(8039.pac in this tutorial) with x-packer inject the texture and 0BB8 in their slots the pac of the item results in what was in the pic I attached
