[PSP][SvR 2011]Fail while adding a model as additional attire

I replace Matt Hardy with other model, type in CMD:
import {name_of_my_pac} 112 ??
where ?? i tried 11 and 12 at first time, after copying .arc and .pac to my iso nothing changed, he has only 1 attire, then i tried 21 and 22, the same result. Help me please, how can i add attire using Nike The Bike tool?

you NEED to enable the attires via Misc.Pac Editing (By Hex)
