How To Replace SSFD in PS2

Just a question : Does Anyone Know How To Replace the small square face-portraits (SSFD) in SVR 11 PS2 ???
I mean like OrKAdoS did here :

I just wanna replace the MTP2 files for Imported Models , I tried the same method of importing selection pics using Hex but the game froze

you can only import images that are originally on the game.
and you need to extract the ssfd.pac file and open it via x-packer, then you import the images like you do with texture mods.

Thanks , But Should I save it as a bpe file or pac ? cuz when I save it as pac (like in the video tutorial) I cant open it in xpacker

open up that in hxd and see first bytes in ANSI it should be BPE or PAC place file extension as it says.
