Face looks good, Logo on the pants can use some adjustment because it seems a bit slanted. The straps I understand is one of the hardest to align.
But yes, the tattoos are a bit too unrealistic. As if he's wearing a tattoo sleeve. Might want to blend them at the edge of the shoulder area as well as getting a higher res tattoo.
