real problem is not who's the author of the mods..real problem is every modification to a videogame could be illegal..cause videogames are protected by international copyrights..
when you buy a game anywhere you live, you can use it as you want but if you try to mod you can do somethin' illegal..in other words..you can buy a book and burn the pages but you can't write it again ..cause it's protected by author and book label copyrights
