Great mod man,
to avoid issues with skin colors you should use the default model's textures (if needed change their color - but apply the same changes to all skin textures)
Then, i suggest:
Face: Paste your edited texture on the default one, in all areas except under chin, ears, back hair-line area.
Arms: Use the default texture
Body: On the default texture, paste only the tank-top
To align the straps, from what i see in the screenshot, you should move the back's strap to the left (you should move as many pixels as are used by the black area and the one pink area of the strap's top).
