i don't think you need to update menu.pac anyway.. it isn't too much trouble.
and about credits the only thing that i picked up from him was the SSFA and SF2A things(althought the order was wrong)... all the rest i tried by myself. but if you think it need credits anyway i'll give it.
and about adding, i haven't tried it as you don't need in SvR 11, but it may be the same way as adding model, but with the selection pictures data in arc
