Hardx was just explaining that that tutorial will not work for SVR07.
However, we have other guys working on SvR07 and SvR06 who are working on this. And it is in our interests to find a method. So if you want to push ahead, I will not discourage you.
In the pac files, valid offsets end with 000 or 800. So basically, you insert (not paste) your information wherever you see PAC. But you will need to do a lot of recalculations. The easiest way is to go to the very end of the file, and keep adding new bytes (00) until you reach the next offset ending FFF or 7FF. Then paste the info there.
