Then you will need a hex editor.
Open the CH.pac in a hex editor. Do a search for 'PAC'. Ignore the first one. The rest will begin at the start of a wrestler pac, and end at the beginning of the next one. Copy all of the data.
Open a new file and paste the data. Save it as whatever you want, as long as the name ends '.pac'.
