And i tried to modify first into wwe '12 face textures by measuring the aspects size , editing and combining them in photoshop and i came to this result which i think should work fine but the caw in the game is strange , only the beard comes out right :

You have to align it and remove the black things of the neck.

Sorry to bother again , but i wonder whether , there is a particular way to align the face properly , cause i'm trying to do it but always the eyes come up either higher or lower than where they're supposed to be , also do you have any idea how i have to convert the hair in order for them to appear properly in the game?
