For SSFD replacement you open SSFD.pac with X-Packer, unpack 00.bpe to get 00.pac, then you unpack 00.pac using Expert Tools, edit it and rebuild using Expert Tools.
Then you inject your edited 00.pac to your SSFD.pac using X-packer, open it via hex and add to the menu file the same way as you add selection pics.
The only difference is that you don't calculate each XX YY. You calculate XX YY for the your edited archieve and change it in plistps2.arc and in the menu file.
(Search for SSFD and the next 4 bytes after it are your XX YY)
