in that kind of pac the offset and size is calculated different is not the normal xx and yy calculation that how it works:

you have to add the size of the header to the offset in that case CC2B+the size of the header and the result is where the bpe is

the header starts from "PAC" to the byte before the first "BPE"

anyways better use expert tool is more simple
