It is easier to put your save to PPSSPP (check ppsspp.ini and edit EncryptSave = False). Put your encrypted save to ppsspp and launch the game, then just make in-game save and encrypted data will become decrypted. Then you edit it and copy to your PSP. I use SED - SaveGame Encrypter Decrypter - it is more convenient for me, but you have to cope game key to the corresponding folder (i mod only svr 2011, so i can't help you with the key). After it you encrypt savedata and start the game. Game will tell you that there is no save data of your memory stick, but it is there. Only confirm save and you will see that the name changed.
