Backlund on Dibiase base looks promising, but it needs much more work.
Suggestions:
Face should be 'blended' in order to avoid looking like a mask.
Do not use a single color for trunks and kneepads - they will look like plastic in-game. Instead, you can just change the color/hue of the default textures.
Also, you uploaded an entrance mod, it will not work in-game.
Check your PM for more tips.
