Because I did not care to research how to find those and feel a need to implement that. It's not like that would be only a 5 minute thing.
The second thing, what move file are you talking about? Movesets for characters are in chetc.pac, move name and damage definitions in misc.pac, move animations seem to be in the m.pac file.
Those preset movesets suck anyway in my opinion.
There is a way you could have them though, if someone creates them they could be exported to export files and then you can import them.
The reason for making the editor was to make it easier to do REAL movesets the way it should have been possible from the beginning. Use all moves where you want to have them, use all the hidden moves and so on.

How many of you want to have the moveset editor limited so that you can't set any move anywhere in a moveset?
I was thinking of perhaps making a config file with move values for each section.
Sections would be:
Taunts
Standing strikes
Standing grapples
Standing back/grapples
Diving moves
Ground strikes
Ground grapples
Corner strikes
Corner grapples
Corner back grapples
Rope moves
Tag moves
Tag corner moves
RR moves
Did I forget any?
Running strikes and grapples all would go in the repective standing/ground category as all of those moves work good for both.
Using a config file this way we could perhaps help out putting moves that work in each section. For example the diving legdrop works as a ground strike aswell.

I personally would like them to be arranged like ingame moveset editor, and remove the ability to edit the pin/irish whip motion, everyone does the same and I think you should remove them from the editor to prevent accident.

No Way. I use the pin. It's perfect for Warrior for example. First gorilla press then set running splash as back up pin move.

And changing the others to regular moves give more options for moves. Setting a power IW to a move for example.
