The WWise wav's inside pck's are hidden Ogg files,with a fake RIFX header (Normal WAV's have RIFF's headers,and no,if you change the RIFX to RIFF or RIFF to RIFX in Hex it isn't going to work),so maybe that isn't going to work.
Let me explain:
In my tutorial of converting png to a tpl with 128kb,it's not about me,it's all about the cmd executable (gxtexconv.exe),it's him who converts it to 128kb tpl with only a bit of quality loss.
So the same thing for the WAV's,you need to find a converter that convert it's to 900kb files.
I disagree with TSF,don't cut the music or make it lose the quality,because these OGG's are High Quality and Full Themes,we just need to find the right converter.
