first of all in psp there are some plugins for cheats and have memory editors thats the way i enable no models and change other stuffs, in the pictures i use a decrypted savegame and open it in hex editor i dont know if ps2 savegames can by decrypted

i got a way to get ps2 savegames from memory card, so i will try to pick mine saved game and try something like this.
