In theory, that would be quite easy for Nike to make. But if he does...
He will have an endless list of people wanting him to make a full-fledged editor for the Next Gen consoles. So it is smarter for him to say "No" to that one.

From what I hear the importing models should work, but I could be mistaken.

The Editor is for 2010 only, you can import guys into 2011 however by using the cmd prompt.
