@dadydodo: My mods on SYM base are outdated/canceled. SYM bases have the shine/reflection problem among others, so I do not plan not use them.

I remade and uploaded Nash/Diesel mods on the HCTP base fixed by ERI619:

that's great because I didn't like sym models either they are too shine and don't have hair animation but about eri619 version
he used for
face and front body 128x128x256 txc
back body
and pants the most important part in nash model 128x64 height x256 this made the pants looks not cool
in my texture fix I made
face 128x128x256
front body 128x128x16 txc
back body 64x128x256
for pants 128x128x256
and the rest of the model textures nearly 256
here I converted mod for nash from hctp section I won't upload it but a preview

feel the difference
I am not saying that eri619's work is not great not at all he is the creative mind for all of this thing
but now we have a fine textured nash and animated hair what are we still waiting for ??

finally here introduce to u scott steiner hctp model with nearly hctp textures resolutions (this is a stable version I tested it all over the game )
all the textures are the same textures 256

as it's my first trial
I had to reduce the face and body textures to 128x128x256
I am trying to repair 256x256x256 txc files but still need some time
but I think I can do better than that in the next models
as soon as I manage my new discovery on how to fix txc files
I am now working on

this is how it is presented in the game with me, bro.
It seems to trigger a big laser beam of the nose to everyone, and the legs the have something shrunken

If I remember right....in sv06 you need to replace root. bones but in newer games you don't have too
