Yeeaahh ..,
i'm using PS2 by the way .,
i already follow all this step carefully ...
but i still confuse with some step .,

first i open my MENU.PAC .,
and i already copy all the hex number to end of MENU.PAC(the end of offset)
i put this hex image at MENU.PAC at offset 02313800 , so it 461F and become 1F46 .
and i put 1F46 at PLISTPS2.ARC and this is my offset:
first image for SSFA
MENU.PAC offset 02313800 > 461F > 1F46 SIZE 41Kb = A200 >> 1F46A200

second image for SSFB
MENU.PAC offset 0231E000 > 4634 > 3446 SIZE 41kb = A200 >> 3446A200

Third image for SSFC:
MENU.PAC offset 02328800 > 4649 > 4946 SIZE 24kb = 8100 >> 49468100
and i put this (1F46A200, 3446A200, 49468100) at PLISTPS2.ARC.
my image is 001F.mtp2 and
my model id 0221 by the way ...
i place for each SSFA, SSFB, and SSFC for sample like this ,

53 43 30 31 F7 25 B1 53 53 46 41 D6 00 0E 27 SC01÷%±.SSFAÐ..'
other hex value --- other hex value ---- other hex value ---- other hex value

first you need to put the size in reverse too
and i ain't sure about it, but i don't know if SSFC images from other games works at SvR 11 as i only used SvR 11 SSFC images on SSFC section.
and for an easier import at SSFA and SSFB section, try using nike's tool.
read his readme file and learn how.
but don't import SSFC images via his editor or your game will freeze

by the way .,
yesterday i change the value my MENU.PAC too .,
so the game become freeze .,

now, in MENU.PAC i just put the hex value image for .mtp2 ...
i'm not change the SSFA, SSFB and SSFC section for MENU.PAC .,

but i only change the SSFA, SSFB and SSFC value in PLISTPS2.ARC .
so i'm success to add selection pics in my new models ...

how to edit images.mtp2 ., ???
cause the picture SSFB my new model in my SVR 2010, become stretch, not fit ...

How to do with svr 08 psp?
Indeed, when I am looking for ssfa in menu.pac the only result is this :

(the fact is that after ssfa, the id list does not follow)

dont bump old topics ask in the help section, but anyways the format for svr08 is different this tutorial will not work follow the HCTP one the only things that change are the ids in svr08 are ssfa,ssfb,ssfc and the format for psp .gim
