Working on POSI.pac and getting the names into the right positions instead of them being where they shouldn't be.

Oh they r vacant because i haven't put all the ids into the POSI.pac so when not all ids r in they become vacant

U will see on the menu that u will have only limited characters to play as. That was done purposely

1st. U need an NTSC Patch.
2nd. If it is crashing i will upload all files
3rd. Try just using Smackdown Arena for now
