I want to add new characters and arenas in the WWE 12 patched svr 2010 , what do i need to do to keep the patch alongside with the new additions ?

Updating the existing charxters to a newer model (updated Cody & Dolph for example) should be ok. But adding completely new characters over ones Maicue put in the patch is not a good idea, because of the set music and such for the patch to work right. If you want to do all of that stuff, you should just do a patch on your own.

Will it not work even after putting characters in empty slots without replacing existing ones ?

The thing is, this website already provides enough resources to make such a patch. If you are not 100% with Maicue's patch, why not make your own?

For what your going to have to do just for 4 guys, you might as well.
Especially since no one here is getting paid to do this, I highly doubt you will find someone willing to do domething that could be accomplished fairly quickly if some patients is applied.
