Okay guys, I'm squashing this right now!

We have had people accuse sleet9 of leeching before, but the evidence did not back them up. Anyone who accuses sleet9 without proper evidence WILL BE OFFICIALLY WARNED.

And as for stealing IDEAS? Did Arbab copyright the idea?

If he stole the arena mod and then edited it, then we have a problem. But if he still made it himself, then it is still his own mod.

Luckily,i'm not accuse sleet9 for stealing ideas.i just think sleet9 was Ramo Setnom fans or maybe Ramo Setnom itself,but that could be true or wrong.i hope it was not Ramo Setnom(because if that was him,surely he was going to steal some OSR mod and put it in his hack and claim it as his own mod).

Be more careful with how you phrase things. That almost sounded like an accusation. I don't believe in punishing someone BEFORE they have done something wrong.
