If you have a question, someone will try to help you. But you must be patient. No one is being paid to be here, so it will take time for you get answer.
Insulting the staff here just because you did not get an answer inside 5 minutes in unacceptable behaviour.
And also, Dr. Seuss is not a member of the staff here. He is one of the greatest authors that ever lived. And I really recommend that you read some of his work. His stories are great, easy to follow, and may help you understand how to interact properly with other people.
