problem with texture in optpix

I have a problem with some textures in optpix.The textures are shown like this:




I tried to fix alpha channel but there weren't changes.How can I do?

first thing, the first pic you posted is in 16, the second is in 256. So if the second one is the original, you saved it wrong.

I know,but if i save the texture in 256 then xpacker says that the size is different from original texture,while if I save it in 16 I can import it in the game but then it's shown just like the picture in the first post
