In CAW's or Wrestlers

You can't send PM because your status is OSR Jobber,you have to be OSR Lower Mid-Card (15 posts) to send PMs(and create topics i Think).

But post only when necessary,don't bump topics(Bump is when you post in a topic who doesn't have a post for more than 1 month).
