I can add arenas via the tool. But when I mod the menu on psp, the tool only gives me 3 digits in the y one. The menu is 500kb when it has to be 200kb (I think) Please help! Svr2009.

add a 0 for example if the size is like 345 add the 0 like this: 3405

is a tool that add files to another pac and calculates the offset and size so you only have to update the arc file

It won't work. He doesn't give me both hex offsets... He gives me yy and not xx. Only yy. He needs to give me both? But... I found a way! I made all the images smaller and added it to my menu, clicked on the vfa and added. It gave me both xx and yy. BUT! I updated it in my plistpsp.arc, and it didn't change ingame. :/

in psp you need to make changes in preloadpac too, thas why the image still the same , if you dont change the pac in preload after some matches your new image should be displayed

if i have understood ,he's talking about menu of loading screens before the match ..i modded these textures in my njpw patch manually in preload.pac (long ,hard work..) using xpacker e xpert .hardix said right; problem in psp is the presence of preload.pac ..many textures must be edited here
